Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver nationwide across South Africa through trusted courier partners.
International shipping is available on request — please contact orders@bestreetculture.com for a custom quote.
2. Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after full payment has been received.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your parcel.
During new drops, high-volume periods, or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated courier delivery times (after dispatch):
•Main centres: 2–4 business days
•Outlying / rural areas: 5–7 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. While we work closely with our couriers to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as weather, strikes, or routing delays may occasionally affect transit times.
4. Shipping Fees
•Free Standard Shipping: on all South African orders.
•International Orders: rates are calculated at checkout or quoted manually via email.
All orders are shipped with door-to-door courier service.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive your tracking details via email.
You can also track your parcel directly through the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.

6. Risk & Responsibility
All orders are quality-checked and carefully packed before dispatch.
Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel is successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@bestreetculture.com with clear photos of the issue.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return it for an exchange, store credit, or refund — subject to the conditions below.
Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you may cancel your online order within 7 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Custom, personalised, or limited-edition items are excluded from this right.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
•The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
•Return requests must be made within 7–14 days of delivery.
•A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return
1.Email orders@bestreetculture.com with:
•Your order number
•The reason for the return
•Clear photos (if applicable — e.g. defects or incorrect item)
2.Our support team will provide return instructions and courier details.
3.Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed within 7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued via the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.
Return Shipping Costs
•For change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return courier costs.
•For faulty or incorrect items: Be Street Culture will cover all return shipping expenses or arrange a free collection.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
•Sale, clearance, or promotional items
•Gift cards or digital items
•Custom or personalised designs
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong product:
•Notify us within 3 days of delivery at returns@bestreetculture.com
•Include your order number and photos of the defect or incorrect item
We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on your preference and stock availability.
Exchanges
Need a different size? No problem — as long as stock is available.
If the requested size or item is sold out, you can opt for store credit or a refund instead.
Legal Compliance
This policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 68 of 2008) and Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Your personal information is used strictly for order processing, delivery, and after-sales communication.
